    Effective Upon Booking

    By booking any inflatable or rental item from SkyCat Party Rentals, you ("the Renter") acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding liability, safety, and responsibility:

    Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

    SkyCat Party Rentals takes every precaution to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and quality of our inflatables and rental equipment. However, all physical activity—particularly involving inflatables—involves inherent risks. By booking with SkyCat Party Rentals, the Renter:

    • Assumes all risks associated with the use of the inflatable(s) and any other rental equipment, whether known or unknown.

    • Agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify SkyCat Party Rentals, its owners, agents, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action, including injury or death, to any person or property arising out of or related to the use of any rental equipment—whether due to negligence or otherwise.

    Supervision & Usage Responsibility

    SkyCat Party Rentals does not provide supervision for any rental equipment. The Renter agrees to:

    • Provide constant adult supervision of all children and participants using the inflatable.

    • Follow all provided safety instructions and rules at all times.

    • Ensure the inflatable is used only as intended—no flips, roughhousing, or exceeding weight or occupancy limits.

    The Renter is solely responsible for ensuring the inflatable is used in a safe and appropriate environment, including keeping the inflatable clear of sharp objects, high winds, inclement weather, or other dangerous conditions.

    Property Damage & Cleanliness

    The Renter agrees to:

    • Be responsible for any damage to the inflatable or equipment caused by misuse, neglect, pets, sharp objects, or failure to follow guidelines.

    • Return the inflatable and all rental equipment in the same condition it was received (normal wear and tear excepted).

    • Be charged a cleaning or damage fee if equipment is returned excessively dirty or damaged.

    Weather, Power & Ground Conditions

    SkyCat Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel or delay set-up due to unsafe weather, such as high winds, heavy rain, or lightning. The Renter is responsible for ensuring proper access, flat ground, and a reliable power source at the event site. No refunds will be given due to failure to provide necessary setup conditions.

    Agreement to Terms

    By booking with SkyCat Party Rentals, the Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Policy in full. This policy is binding and enforceable from the moment a booking is confirmed, whether electronically or verbally.
